Hodges Farm offers both English and Western riding disciplines using natural horsemanship techniques ideal for the beginning rider. 

Riders will learn the fundamentals for horse care including grooming, tack (riding equipment), and basic horsemanship in addition to riding instruction.  Advanced lessons are also available for those looking for that next level in pleasure riding. 

Safety is a priority at Hodges Farm.  Riders will need long pants, an approved safety helmet, and boots or a hard-sole shoe with a heel.  Our lessons are taught in one of our three enclosed rings with level and secure footing for our equine partners, as well as on the miles of natural trails within the Hodges Farm property.  Hodges Farm is home to calm and patient horses that are carefully selected for use in our riding programs.
